Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the FULL BODY MICROBIOME OPTIMIZATION you completed several days ago.
Since that day, I have not had any inflammation and stomach upset that I used to get every day. Previously I kept a bottle of tums-like antacid tablets by my bed and would need to take one every night before bedtime. Even on days I ate very healthy and didn’t eat late at night, I’d seem to have a churning stomach.
